What is your policy on cancellations?

No charge is made for any cancellation
made before 1.00pm on the day the child-sitter is required (or before 1.00pm on Friday in the case of a weekend booking). A 2 hour fee is payable for any cancellation made after this time.

When is Doves open for telephone enquiries?
|
|
Our normal hours are between 9.30am and
6.00pm and we ask our customers to restrict their calls to these times where possible. However should you have an urgent enquiry it is likely that your call will be answered at any reasonable time of
day. An answerphone service is available 24 hours every day.

If I am not entirely satisfied with the child-sitter
supplied can I request an alternative child-sitter for future bookings?
|
|
Whilst every care is taken in selecting a child-sitter
for your requirements should an occasion such as the above arise then a note will be made on our records that this child-sitter should not be sent to you in future.

What happens if we go out for the evening and we do not return at the agreed time?
|
|
The child-sitter would stay with your
children until your return, however a call to advise of the delay would be appreciated.
|

Do you provide people who would be prepared to stay overnight?
|
|
Yes, however on such occasions Doves
respectfully requests that appropriate and suitable sleeping and eating arrangements are made for your child-sitter.

What duties can I reasonably ask my child-sitter to carry out?
|
|
Your child-sitter is required to carry
out all duties directly associated with the safety and well-being of your children whilst in her care. Some child-sitters will undertake household ironing if requested for an additional charge.
